Nautilus striding ahead

The new EV916 Elliptical from Nautilus® features a variable stride facility - an industry first - which allows users to vary their stride length dynamically between 35.6cm and 76.2cm using the company's patented My Stride™ technology.

Designed to suit virtually any club member, the EV916 enables users to vary stride lengths as they change speed without having to jump on and off the machine, or using electronic controls.

Other features of the new model are Remote Operation Controls (ROC™) which allow the user to start the workout and control resistance from keys on the upper-body handles, new cushioned, non-slip foot pads and 20 different workout levels.

It also features a new backlit LED console with tactile keys, one-touch start, nine professionally designed workout programmes and integrated digital contact heart rate monitoring on upper-body and front handles.

Also new in the Nautilus cardio range and designed to suit all club members are the T916 and T914 Commercial Series treadmills.

With all-metal frames and components, the machines come with a 56cm wide new generation REACT™ running deck which Nautilus says offers the only progressive cushioning system for runners and walkers to provide optimal shock absorbing at all speed and user weights.

Other features are a new silicon impregnated belt system for easy maintenance, new backlit LCD consoles, a custom 4.7 HP AC motor with Quinton Hyperdrive system reported to deliver more torque than any other motor drive system, and a step-up height of only 19cm.

The new Nautilus Cardio range will be on display at Leisure Industry Week in September on stand 2030.
